Brush Creek Playhouse was forced by the COVID-19 emergency to cancel our 2020 season (following the first two weeks of The True Tale of the Sleeping Beauty).

We made this decision reluctantly, but it was necessary both to comply with the state’s mandates and to ensure that our volunteers and audience members remain safe and healthy.

We remained “dark” as the pandemic continued throughout 2021, and we began our season a bit later than normal in 2022. We have had abbreviated seasons before, but we have never in our history been dark for such an extended period. And we hope never to do so again.
