Continuing AUDITIONS — Director Linda Zellner has announced another day of auditions on Sunday, Dec. 15 for the 2020 children & youth show, The True Tale of the Sleeping Beauty, written by Emily Wood and Michael Wood.
Brush Creek understands that the word didn’t get out to everyone who was interested, so we’re happy to to offer another opportunity to audition at 3 pm on Sunday, Dec. 15 at Brush Creek.
Young actors (or would-be actors) up through age 18 are welcome to audition — contact director Linda Zellner at ljzel@aol.com for more information or if you are interested but cannot make the audition date. This production has plenty of speaking roles — but it also includes opportunities for non-speaking cast members if you’d rather not remember lines!
This delightful and fresh version of the classic Brothers Grimm tale features a range of wonderful roles — and it will give you a fresh perspective on the relationship between the princess and her true love. The play will be performed by arrangement with Evander Dramatic Press (Evander Publishing).
Those interested in being part of the production’s technical crew are also invited to attend or to contact Linda.
Brush Creek’s production will open its run in mid-February, with rehearsals beginning early in January.
